1. Installation
The main body and dynamometer of the tensile testing machine should be installed on the foundation of concrete, and the basic dimensions should be set according to the shape and foundation plan, leaving anchor bolts, holes for lower jaw screws and other wire installation pipes and other devices.

Use a square horizontal instrument to lean on the working platform, correct the plumb plumbness, adjust or increase or decrease the horn under the machine base, so that the error should not be greater than 0.10 / 1000.
After the precision of the testing machine is found, use cement slurry to fill all the gaps under the machine base, keep the machine base and the cement foundation well combined, and prevent the test machine from being level due to vibration during use.
After the anchor nut is cast, it is not allowed to tighten the anchor nut and start the testing machine before the cement is dry. (Cement drying time is generally not less than 10-15 days) After the cement is completely dried, tighten the luck foot nut and recheck the installation accuracy of the testing machine, whether it is consistent with the accuracy of the correction. If it does not match, you should find it again.
During the use of the tensile testing machine, the vibration during the test is prone to loosening, so after using the tensile testing machine for a period of time, the relevant parts should be tightened.
2. Take over
When installing the oil pipe connecting the main body and the dynamometer, first clean the inside of the oil pipe with kerosene to ensure the cleanliness of the oil circuit. Pay attention to the integrity of the gasket at the joint to prevent oil leakage at high pressure.
3. Selection of oil specifications
In hydraulic rotation, N68 precision machine tool hydraulic oil can be used, or other similar specifications of oil can be used. Its kinematic viscosity is (100 ℃) 11-14 centistokes.
4. Oil filling and oil discharging
Open the air filter on the oil tank and fill the tank with oil. The amount of oil injected is about 24 kg at a time. For the specifications of the oil used, please refer to the oil specifications. Open the oil nozzle at the bottom of the left side of the dynamometer when draining the oil. The service life of the oil is determined according to the climate of each place. If you find that the oil is beginning to deteriorate or is dirty and cannot be used, you should replace it with new oil.
5. Connect power
The electrical equipment of the tensile testing machine is in the dynamometer, and the power supply is a three-phase four-wire system. The circuit between the main body and the dynamometer is connected by a plug. Before powering on, the dust and other impurities in the electrical box should be cleaned. After the power cord, press the "power" button indicator on the panel of the dynamometer to light on to prove that the power supply has started. At this time, you can press the oil pump start button to observe the direction of motor rotation, then press the jaw base lift button to check the lower jaw base Whether the lifting action is consistent with the text shown on the button, and at the same time check that each limit is whether the switch works.
6. Lubrication
Lubricant can be poured on the lower jaw screw to lubricate the screw and the screw nut. The machine base is provided with an oil injection hole, which is injected into the oil bucket between the lubricating worm. The scale of the oil in the oil bucket can be measured. Measured by the oil needle, the maximum oil level of the oil can be no more than the lower flat part of the oil needle. The lower end of the needle is the lowest oil level in the oil bucket
7. The initial operation and commissioning of the oil pump
Press the button on the dynamometer table to start or stop the pump rotation. When the first operation or change of the wire connector after installation, the oil pump oil path should be checked for smoothness.
8. Safety device
The main cylinder of the tensile testing machine and the hydraulic chuck are equipped with protective relief valves and limit switches.
9. Matters needing attention during operation
â‘ If the oil pump suddenly stops working during the test, the added load should be removed at this time to reduce the oil pressure. After the inspection, restart the oil pump for testing. The oil pump should not be started under high pressure or the cause of the accident should be checked.

10. Maintenance of tensile testing machine
All parts of the tensile testing machine should be cleaned frequently. After cleaning without paint, wipe it with cotton yarn and a small amount of engine oil to prevent rust. During the rainy season, please pay attention to wipe it. . After each test, the test bench is lowered. It is best not to drop the piston on the bottom of the cylinder, leaving a little distance for the next use. All valves on the dynamometer should not be opened and placed to prevent dust from entering the interior and affecting the sensitive performance of the measuring mechanism.
