Make full use of the oil mist device. The oil mist is mainly used to prevent the abrasion of the corrugating roller in the grinding process of the corrugated paper forming process, effectively prolonging the life of the corrugating roller, and at the same time preventing the corrugating medium from jumping between the corrugating roller and the paper guide, so that the adhesive is accurate Coated on corrugated paper. In order to prevent the wear and damage of the corrugating roller, the guide plate should be made of a material with a low hardness.


The quality of corrugated base paper also determines the life of corrugating roll. When corrugated base paper with many impurities and rough paper is used, the corrugating roll wears fast. In order to extend the life of corrugating rollers, effective cleaning should be performed daily. Cleaning at the cardboard production line is dangerous and must be done under shutdown conditions. First, remove the auxiliary roller in the viscose component, separate the lower corrugating roller from the pressure roller, eliminate the spring pressure of the upper corrugating roller, remove the dirt on the surface of the corrugating roller with a steam sprayer, and evenly coat the low-viscosity engine oil on the corrugated fiber. Roll on. The upper corrugating roller is inserted into the groove due to the guide plate, and the corrugating roller keeps running.
There will be contaminants such as paper scraps, adhesives, etc. stuck in the grooves. Carefully clean the groove of the corrugating roller with the rounded claws on the head.

To check and adjust the parallelism of the corrugating roller regularly, keep the upper and lower corrugating rollers in the correct balance. Otherwise, the service life of the corrugating roller will be shortened, and the molding inaccuracy and breaking phenomenon will occur easily, affecting the quality of the corrugated board. If the corrugating roll is used for an unbalanced condition for a long period of time, the teeth of the corrugating roll will be deformed and will not be easily repaired.

Under normal circumstances, use the carbon paper method to check the parallelism of the corrugating roll. During inspection, the corrugated rollers must be cut off and the heating part of the corrugating roller should be properly relaxed. Three sheets of carbon paper are sandwiched between two sheets of white paper, which are then simultaneously placed between the upper and lower corrugating rollers that are slowly rotating. The positions are placed on the operating side, the transmission side, and the middle position, respectively, and the thickness of the two blank sheets is required.
