The pre-selected project adopts the "N+2" transaction method

Third-party supervision needs to be strengthened
In February this year, the Shenzhen Municipal Finance Committee and the Shenzhen Municipal Government Procurement Center jointly issued the “Notice on the Trial of Third-Party Supervision Strategic Cooperation on Furniture Government Procurement Projectsâ€, including the Shenzhen Development and Reform Commission and the Shenzhen Municipal Health and Family Planning Commission. The Shenzhen Public Security Bureau and other 7 units as pilot units will introduce third-party supervision for their furniture projects with a budget of more than 500,000 yuan (inclusive), and the procurement unit will choose whether to introduce them.
The introduction of third-party supervision of furniture projects is provided by third-party supervisors to provide furniture quality acceptance criteria, production supervision sampling and testing, and the issuance of goods quality acceptance reports; during the warranty period, there is a problem with the quality of the furniture, the supervision party It is subject to joint and several liability. It is not difficult to find that the introduction of third-party supervision has played a significant role in strengthening the supervision of furniture projects and ensuring the quality of furniture. However, as of now, seven pilot units have not yet introduced furniture projects to introduce third-party supervision.
