When PP is used, it reaches 22 to 23 cycles per minute, and 27 to 28 times when using PS; the tilting process of the lever system is controlled by a cam fixed to four rigid columns.

The device can also be equipped with AMUT's new edge forming machine, designed specifically for PP products, equipped with thermostat screws and automatic packaging machines.

Production of food packaging MEICO of Italy introduced FC780E and FC600E new thermoforming machines. The machine is manufactured by its Swiss sister company WMWrapé„„ping Machine. This molding/cutting/stacking/(vacuum and pressure) thermoforming machine is all driven by a motor (servo motor).

Both models (including standard models) contain a variety of features that can process all types of rolled thermoformed sheets up to 2 mm in thickness, including HIPS, GPPS, PET, PVC, PP, OPS, and EPS.

Each of the two independent heating boxes on the upper and lower sides is equipped with a proportional heating zone. The stacking device can also be equipped with devices for counting, ejecting and curling of edge materials.
