In the traditional paper impact table, the tail of the printed sheet is usually a vertical line, but sometimes the printed sheet is irregularly jagged. Observing the front and back of the printed sheet is very accurate. How can it be cut to the prescribed line? Through careful observation and research on the cutting process, the equipment used, and the printing press, we found a rule: all printed products that deviate from the vertical line (a stack of printed sheets after the collision should be a vertical line formed by the combination of tail lines) are skew Uneven printed sheets, to be precise, all printed sheets that are not at right angles deviate from the vertical line. So how to solve and respond? We have drawn the following conclusions from various discussions and analyses:
(1) To fundamentally solve the problem, the cut paper needs to be 90 °.
(2) Solve the cutting method of the finished printed sheet, that is, "dot line cutting method".
To explore this method, we must first understand the paper transport mechanism of the printing press. The paper conveying mechanism of the printing press is fed by Feida to the paper conveying table, and then the paper is sent to the front stop by the belt drive, and then the paper is pulled to the specified position by the side rule. The paper sent to the paperboard needs two actions before it can be handed to the gripper: the first action is a longitudinal motion, that is, a forward motion when it comes; the second motion is a lateral motion, which is a pull rule. Observation shows that if the paper sent to the front stop gauge is closer to the side of the pull gauge, if the angle is less than 90 °, the corner will be beyond the pull gauge; for paper greater than 90 ° (on the side of the pull gauge), the tail side will also Exceed the pull rule. Once the crux was found, there was a solution.
The printed paper feed positioning is composed of dots and lines, the points are determined by the pull gauge bearings, and the lines are the lines formed by the front stop gauge. Through the understanding of the printing machine, in order to cut out more accurate finished products, we decided to transform the collision paper table. Reconstruct the collision table into a dot-line structure. Specific method: add a plate with a width of about 100mm and a thickness of about 20mm to the original colliding paper table that is approximately longer than the height of the original colliding paper table itself, and place it in the position of the pull gauge. The printed sheets are very well in place by this method of page collision, and the printed sheets that are knocked out also meet the requirements of cutting. But the method of cutting did not change, and it still failed to meet the ideal requirements, so a cutting device was added. Specific method: Fix it on the paper pusher with a plate of the same specification. Through measurement and practice, use a double-stranded 8-wire wire nest to form a horseshoe at a distance of 110mm to 120mm from the side of the paper pusher (the drawing position of the printing press) In the shape, one end is stuck on the board, and the other end is stuck on the paper pusher. The cutting thickness of each stack should be 70mm. This method is convenient and flexible to load and unload, without affecting the structure of the cutting knife. As long as the overprint is accurate, it can be cut beautifully, improving the reliability of high-quality products, reducing the loss rate of "bleeding" caused by cutting and the cost loss caused by reprinting, and improving work efficiency. Through more than 10 years of application, the effect is very good.
