The sampling rate of alcoholic drinks was low, reaching 79.8% and 80.4% respectively.
From the results of spot checks on the net content of quantitative packaging, we can see that there are serious problems in the quantitative packaging of goods currently on the market. The issuance and implementation of the “Regulations for the Supervision of Quantitative Packaged Goods Measurements” has standardized the market order and safeguarded the legitimate rights and interests of consumers. However, the phenomenon of the shortage of goods in the quantitative packaged goods is still so serious that it is shocking! To eradicate this illegal act, we must stop the source of closure, which requires the mobilization of the entire community to work together.

The average difference in the net content of corporate standards violates the requirements of the "Regulations"
The internal regulations on the average deviation of the net content of batch products from some corporate standards violate the requirements of the Regulations on the average deviation of batch products. If the net beer content is marked as 640ml, and individual enterprise standards stipulate that: filling 20 bottles of the average net content of 630ml is qualified, and the 630ml as the central value control production, the net content of the product even can not even reach 630ml, let alone say 640ml.
The labeling error on the product packaging is beyond the scope of the "Regulations"
The "Regulations" require that the net content be composed of Chinese, digital, and legal measurement units, and there is no clear requirement for labeling errors. Some of the company’s product labels are beyond the “Regulations”. In one case, the labeling error exceeds the allowable negative deviation of the “Regulations”, such as the standard Wang as “net content: 30g±5g, of which the error of -5g is seriously beyond the “Regulations”. The allowable negative deviation is the requirement for a net content of 9% (ie 2.7g), and the other error labeling is only the negative deviation, for example, a cement product is marked as "net weight: 5kg-1kg". In the cement industry, this is marked Correctly interpreted as "not less than 49kg", while some people with ulterior motives are read as "50 minus 1", there is an excuse for the lack of Jinshao, the net weight of the product is of course 49kg!
Measurement equipment selection, improper adjustment
In terms of the use of metering equipment for product packaging and the use of calibration measuring instruments, individual companies did not follow the basic principle of value transmission, resulting in unacceptable measurement of net product content. For example, a small food factory with a resolution of 10g package tolerance is 4.5g of the product, the product is difficult to meet the standard requirements. Another example is a chemical fertilizer plant with a range of 500kg and a scale of 200kg as the standard. The electronic packaging scale with an index of 20kg is adjusted. This does not guarantee accurate and reliable packaging.
Some packages use volumetric methods to measure errors
The quality of packaging containers is one of the important reasons for the lack of net product content. This reflects that various commercial enterprises lack the relevant laws and regulations such as the Regulations for the Measurement of Quantitatively Packaged Commodities and other relevant laws and regulations, and lack of relevant regulatory measures and law enforcement in the sales field. The value of goods is realized through the circulation of the market, and the management of circulation is lax. There is a living space for unqualified quantitative packaging products. Therefore, strengthening the management of the circulation field is a necessary measure to eliminate the behavior of the quantitative packaging of goods.
Accumulation of illegal profit using deviation

Some companies use it to extract illegal profits.
