Only by doing the preparation work before the test and providing a standard use site, under a good environment, can the equipment play its best condition for the test. The following are the installation environment requirements and matters summarized by the author's years of experience.
Installation environment requirements and matters:
1. The test chamber should be placed firmly on a flat site away from strong airflow and strong magnetic field interference.
2. The test box should be reliably grounded.
3. The ambient temperature of the test chamber should not exceed 30 ℃, and the temperature and air temperature should be 21 ~ 27 ℃.
4. Carefully remove dust, rust, dirt and residual water stains from the test area.
5. Open the door and inject deionized water into the bottom of the test chamber. The conductivity of the water is <5us / cm, the solid solution in the water is <1ppm, and the silica is <0.1ppm. The water surface should be close to the drain grid.
6. Prepare a control sample panel with similar composition and structure and the same specifications as the sample. The control sample panel can confirm its performance through standard outdoor exposure test or other methods. Ideally, the failure mode and the tested material have relatively good durability and the other has relatively poor durability. In order to ensure the statistical evaluation of the test results, various samples and control samples should be prepared in duplicates.
7. Install the sample and control template on the sample turret to ensure reliable clamping and symmetrical distribution. It is recommended to fill blank samples in vacant positions to maintain consistent test conditions.
