Chapter 1 General

Article 1 The National Commodity Packaging Scientific and Technological Information Center Station is under the direct leadership of the Science and Technology Department of the Ministry of Commerce and is under the administration of the Wuhan Municipal Bureau of Commerce.

The second station focuses on commercial modernization and the development of various industries. It adheres to the scientific purpose of “investigating, researching, transmitting information, promoting reforms, and training talents” and the scientific attitude of seeking truth from facts, and actively develops special research and information transmission activities for commodity packaging scientific and technological intelligence. To improve packaging, facilitate circulation, reduce losses, increase profits, and promote the standardization and modernization of China's commodity packaging.

Chapter 2 Tasks

Article 3 Collects domestic and foreign materials and physical photos of packaging materials, packaging containers, packaging and packaging, packaging machinery, packaging technology, and packaging standardization, etc., to understand the level and trend of development of packaging technology at home and abroad, and to conduct packaging technology research for related departments. , strengthen packaging management to provide information.

Article 4 Carry out special investigations and studies on commodity packaging to reflect existing problems, provide suggestions for improvement, and promote continuous and in-depth development of packaging reform.

Article 5 Strengthen cooperation with standards and scientific research departments at all levels and promote the standardization of commodity packaging.

Article 6 Organizational experience exchanges, results promotion meetings, development of technology markets, and good service work

Article 7 The use of a variety of ways to train and pack talents in science and technology.

Article 8 Strengthen information exchange and do a good job in intelligence data management.

Article 9 Actively participate in related activities organized by packaging technology associations at all levels.
