1. The connection and power supply of the instrument
BS1000 all-round precision element analysis instrument: connect the power socket of the host to the mains with a power cord, and ground the instrument reliably (otherwise it is susceptible to interference and cause data fluctuations); check whether the drain hose is installed firmly (do not put the drain hose The outlet end of the product is not submerged in the waste liquid, so as not to drain the liquid), and inject distilled water (reference liquid) into the cuvette, turn on the power switch of the instrument, and the furnace number is displayed at this time. End with the "Execute" key, and the channel displays the density value. After the power is stable for 10 ~ 15 minutes, zero input and full scale adjustment can be performed.
2. Zero input and full scale adjustment
In daily use of the instrument, it is necessary to adjust the zero point and full scale. Generally, the zero point does not need to be adjusted frequently, and it can be adjusted once after each boot.
Press the channel key, the symbol bit of the channel nixie tube displays "U", and the remaining 4 digits show the signal percentage (transmittance U). Press the zero button (sometimes there is sound), and the zero point is entered and stored. Get up, and then press the zero knob to return to the normal state. Adjust the full-scale adjustment knob of the channel to make the signal percentage display around 100.0. Press the full-scale key again, the full-scale will be tracked to 100.0. After the zero input and full-scale adjustment of the channel are completed, press the "Exit" key.
For full-scale adjustment, you can also press the TAC key when the channel is displayed, so that the symbol position of the channel display is displayed as "U", and the subsequent value is the signal percentage (transmittance). Adjust the full-scale adjustment knob of the channel to display 100.0 Left and right, click the full scale, the channel full scale adjustment is completed. Press the TAC key twice again, so that the sign bit is displayed as "C", that is, the subsequent value indicates the concentration value. The zero point input can also adopt an automatic method, that is, when the channel is displayed, press the zero adjustment knob, the instrument can see the zero point of the recording channel.
