4 Conclusion

1) Through statistical processing of known test sample values ​​and hypothesis testing of the distribution function, it is concluded that the compressive strength of a three-layer B-type corrugated box is normally distributed. Using the same method, the compressive strength of five-layer CB and seven-layer ACB corrugated cardboard boxes is also obtained. Under the above conditions, all of them follow the normal distribution (the calculation process is abbreviated). The conclusions are as follows:

Three layers (B type) corrugated box (350mmx260mmx306mm) compressive strength (1052N, 34.74N);

Five layers (CB type) corrugated box (338mmx235mmxl80mm) compressive strength (4022.5N, 31.44N);

The compressive strength (5292N, 37.95N) of the seven-story (ACB type) corrugated carton (285mmx270mmx276mm).

2) Carton design engineers and technicians can directly select the compressive strength data when designing the compressive strength of the carton in the circulation environment. It has the advantages of simple design, accurate and reliable data, and avoids the use of conventional design carton compression resistance. The incompatibility of calculations in strength, inaccuracy, and design method lags behind.
