Printing output common problem analysis

Most of the RIPs in the market can support the Chinese TrueType Font, but when it comes to producing large-scale manuscripts, they are usually scaled down and only enlarged when they are exported. In this case, using the Chinese TrueType Font requires extra care. If the manuscript is enlarged by more than 200% on the Rip, the Chinese True Type Font appears jagged.

Accuracy

Blast paintings are generally 300dpi resolution, but some good machines can print 600dpi or 720dpi. If we make a file that will only output the spray picture, how many dpis will be used during scanning? The resolution of the large-scale spray painting is different from the calculation method of general printing. Because the inkjet printer adopts the four-color principle, and the four-color dots are not close to each other, all the resolutions are not so high. The user can use the print-resolved low-image solution, and the ratio is about the resolution of four print dots.

Color mode

The inkjet system adopts CMYK four-color printing. Of course, the color mode of the picture phase is CMYK. In fact, it depends on the user's requirements for the printing effect. Because the print gamut is wider than printing, you can print out many colors that cannot be printed with four colors. The effect can be similar to a photo slideshow. If the color and level are better, the picture can use RGB mode, because RGB is wider than CMYK, so it can print more vivid colors. In addition, depending on whether your output device supports RGB mode images.

File size

With the continuous increase in the output bandwidth of inkjet printers, the size of archives is also increasing day by day. However, some software can only support limited file sizes. Therefore, it is recommended to reduce the number of working files, but attention must be paid to the resolution of images, because the files are reduced. The phase resolution needs to be relatively high.

Graphic format

Most Rips support the TIFF, EPS graphics format, but not necessarily JPEG and DCS, so users are advised to ask the output center first.
