Too much borax will cause the paste to flow out of the paste roll. When the outflow ceases abruptly, the starch chunks form the shape shown in the drawing. Looking closely at the following figure, it can be seen that the ratio of the linear speed between the paste roller and the lower corrugating roller at the time of gluing is not standard, so that one of the two paste lines has more glue than the other paste lines. This situation has caused a waste of glue.
