If the edge band made of it is not doped with calcium carbonate, the trimming will make the furniture look bright and smooth, and the edge sealing position will never appear white. . However, the cost of ABS resin production is very high, nearly double the price of PVC edge banding of the same specifications marketed. Such edge banding can also be used continuously on the edge banding machine, which not only improves the work efficiency, but also ensures the trimming effect.
3. Melamine edge banding
Melamine edge sealing is what we usually call paper edge sealing. Its advantage is that it is easy to stick, and it does not stretch and deform when it is cold or hot, but its characteristics are brittle, so it is very easy to be damaged during the handling of furniture.
