In general, plastics generate a lot of static electricity during use, making plastic packaging unsatisfactory in many ways. At present, durable high-resistance packaging films used in China are mainly imported. In order to further broaden the application fields of the special material market, the Tianjin Petrochemical olefins department conducted research and development of durable high-impedance packaging materials from 2007 to 2008, and passed the project acceptance in March this year. The special material has the characteristics of high tensile strength, excellent antistatic performance, and good transparency, and is mainly applied to various fields such as product packaging bags, electrical packaging bags, and composite films. In the course of use, this special material solves various troubles caused by electrostatic charges during storage, transportation and sales of various electronic and electrical products, and brings great benefits to production and operation.

Through a large amount of formulation research and analysis, the ministry has determined the best formula for special materials and cleaned up the production route to ensure the accuracy of additives and ensure that the quality of products meets the requirements. Up to now, the Ministry has completed the production of 2,000 tons of special materials. After testing, the product's performance indicators have reached the standard of superior products.
