introduction:
TST-ZDT vibration teaching comprehensive experiment system is a complete teaching system specially developed for civil engineering department, mechanics department, electromechanical department, etc. of colleges and universities. Students can deepen their theoretical knowledge through intuitive experiments, which is a necessary experimental device for teaching. The mechanical model of this system is reasonable, cooperates with TST5915 dynamic signal test system, integrates data collection and analysis, and has high test accuracy and easy operation.

The multifunctional vibration test bench is mainly composed of an elastomer system, a vibration excitation system, a vibration isolation system, a damper and a dynamic vibration absorber. Elastomer systems include simply supported beams, cantilever beams, equal-strength beams, circular plates, and masses and wires used to form single-degree-of-freedom, two-degree-of-freedom and multi-degree-of-freedom system models. The excitation system includes excitation eccentric motor excitation, contact vibration exciter, non-contact vibration exciter. The vibration isolation system adopts a combination of air dampers for vibration isolation. The damper uses an oil damper. The dynamic vibration absorber uses a detachable double vibration absorber, which can reduce four resonance frequencies at the same time.
The sensors are mainly eddy current displacement sensors and piezoelectric acceleration sensors.
The TST5915 dynamic signal tester is equipped with 8 channels as standard, and the sampling frequency can be as high as 128K when 8 channels are working at the same time, which can complete a series of physical quantity tests such as displacement, acceleration, frequency and so on during vibration.
TSTDAS dynamic signal analysis software is a professional software for signal measurement and analysis. It is used for signal acquisition with instruments in various engineering application environments, while providing a specific user interface to facilitate users' observation and analysis of data. The main functions of the software are: data preprocessing, drawing methods, statistical analysis, amplitude domain analysis, frequency domain analysis, time-frequency domain analysis, acoustic analysis, other analysis, etc.
TSTMP modal analysis software is a fully functional experimental modal analysis software: including the creation of complex model structures, a variety of modal analysis methods to choose from, modal parameter verification, etc. The analysis of modal parameters mainly includes time domain analysis and frequency domain analysis. At the same time, it can also interactively display ODS and model animation.
