4. The triangle plate and the tape drive roller are not parallel and skew.
deal with:
1, re-set folding folder roll gap;
2, reduce the amount of ink scrubbing roller;
3. Re-set the angle of the folding triangle;
4. Adjust the triangle so that it is parallel to the tape drive roller.
Third, the triangular plate at the tip of the crack or crack occurs:
1. The guide roller and folding roller are too tight;
2. The angle of the folding triangle is too small.
deal with:
1. Re-set the gap between the guide roller and folding roller.
2. Re-set the angle of the folding triangle.
Fourth, the slitting of the edge of the paper or lack of slitting phenomenon causes:
1、Shoring paper-cutting film (round knife) Passivation or broken mouth;
2. The circular blade is not correctly set in the drive roller slot.
deal with:
1, replace the slitting paper blade (ie, round blade);
2. Set the position of the circular blade in the notch of the drive roller.
V. Cross-cutting position is not correct. The position of the header is unsatisfactory or half finished. Reasons:
1. Adjustment roller (paper roller) is not adjusted;
2, the paper line error.
deal with:
1, adjust the roller, change the root of the folding position;
2, change the paper path.
6, excessive tearing of the needle - book pin hole eye pull reasons:
1, passivation, bending or breaking of the pin on the roller;
2. The cam setting of the control needle is not correct;
3, folding folder roll set too loose;
4. The cam setting to control the movable tooth decay is incorrect;
5. The correct setting of a tooth corresponding to the parser.
deal with:
1, repair or replace the roller pin;
2. Reset the cam position of the control needle;
3, re-set folding folder roll gap;
4, reset the position of the movable tooth decay cam;
