Last year, Hanchuan's packaging and printing industry accumulated a total output value of 5.89 billion yuan, an increase of 11.2% year-on-year, becoming the fastest growing leading industry; in the industrial enterprises monitored by the city in the first half of this year, the electricity consumption of the packaging industry increased by 4.47% year-on-year. Break through the "little skirt" and activate the big plate

Hanchuan's food processing industry has long been famous. After Dali and Yinlu companies settled in Hanchuan, they also attracted a group of Fujian and Guangdong food giants such as Panpan, repeat customers, and joyous families.

Jumped out of Hanchuan to climb home appliances, gradually becoming the main force in the production industry

Hanchuan's packaging industry, which is full of fledgling wings, no longer satisfies just the local food companies.

In Evergrande Packaging, customers have developed into pharmaceutical companies and IT vendors. Lin Zhijian, chairman of the board, said that the packaging company's supporting transport radius is generally controlled at about 200 kilometers, not more than 300 kilometers. This distance is very suitable for supporting Wuhan and surrounding companies. Now, the company's annual sales have reached more than 400 million yuan.

Competition and shuffling, intangible contest of transformation and upgrading

The downward pressure on the economy has increased, and the packaging industry is equally worried. From last year to this year, many small corrugated cardboard boxes factories in Hanchuan have been discontinued or reorganized.

As the entry threshold of packaging companies is relatively low, most of the small-scale enterprises have the same level of equipment and products, and the competition for homogenization is severe. Such as plastic packaging, over the years 80% of companies are producing the same type of plastic bags; paper packaging companies regardless of size, are staring at corrugated paper. A large number of repetitive production has led to an increase in disorderly competition and a drop in industry profits.

In this round of reshuffling, a group of companies with stronger capabilities are sober-headed that they are engaged in intangible contests in transformation and upgrading.

Such as Evergrande packaging, in line with the "machine substitution" trend, the introduction of the highest-end 300 meters per minute high-speed tile press, the efficiency can reach three times the old production line. Today, the amount of labor saved is half of that of the past, and it can produce 20 million square meters of color printing cartons per month.

Huayi Packaging purchased an Italian imported flexographic printing machine last year for 20 million yuan, and spent 5 million yuan to automate the equipment. At the end of last year, the company developed and completed a software system for automatic connection of corrugated box post-press processing and automatic pre-printing of wide-format flexo, and obtained the National Computer Software Copyright Registration Certificate.
