An Analysis of the Failure of the Parallel Fine Black Bar in the Direction of Copying of Copying Paper

The fine black bars will increase with the number of copies, and may give off an abnormal sound. Failure Analysis: After analysis, the optical part should first be checked to see if the optical part is dirty. If the optical part is free of dirt, check the presence of dust between the cleaning blade and the drum. If it is clean, check whether the edge of the cleaning blade is deformed. If the deformation is recommended, replace it. If there is no deformation, check whether the cleaning brush is deformed. If there is no abnormality in the inspection brush, check whether the inlet seal of the developing device is deformed. If it is to see whether the seal can be corrected or replaced, if there is no check whether the drum is dirty or not. If you are cleaning or replacing the drum charging stand, if you do not see if the fixing roller is scratched, if you stop the copy in the transmission section, check if the black line appears, if the black line does not appear. Replace the fuser roller. If the fuser roller is not scratched, check if the drum is scratched or the toner sticks on the drum. If the toner adheres to the drum, wipe it with a dry cloth first. If it is not, wash it with toothpaste. Then wipe it off with a dry cloth and replace it if there is a scratch on the drum. If there is still noise, remove the photoconductor kit and check if the black plastic sheet on the waste toner recovery seal is parallel to the adhesive mount. Replace the seal if it is not parallel. When you use the machine, you will find that the photoconductive drum has been rubbed out. When the traces are changed, be sure to clean the paper dust on the cleaning blade and paste the black plastic sheet on the waste toner recovery sheet parallel to the drum while replacing the drum. If the problem is as described above, replace the drum while replacing the drum. Recycle the seals and exchange them together.
