UV crease ink screen printing prepress preparation

The most economical solution is to use a screen printing machine with medium-pressure mercury lamp or halogen lamp as a UV curing device. Of course, it should have sufficient intensity of UV energy to cure the UV ink. Slab printing machine used as a UV device, only need to remove the light source part upside down, connected to the simple frame, surrounded with a black cloth to be a protective screen, extend the power wiring, the original stencil machine operation keys can also be used or another control unit. This not only reduces the cost, but also has a multi-purpose, small size and small footprint.

It should be noted that exposure to UV light sources should be avoided for prolonged periods to avoid injury. These are some of my personal experiences, please correct me.
