Krones develops blower for OPP bottles

Recently, Krones has succeeded in developing a bottle blowing machine that can produce OPP bottles. According to relevant sources, the Contiform blow moulding machine is based on the Krones 2-step blow moulding technology, which can achieve the same speed as blowing PET bottles, with a blowing rate of 1500 bottles per hour per cavity. If the heating structure of the blowing machine preform heating station is slightly improved, the speed can be further increased. The Krones conventional blowing machine used for blowing PET bottles can also blow OPP bottles at the same speed.
