Problems such as wrong, tooth problems, etc., may lead to this phenomenon. In actual practice, some situations are very special, it is not easy to find the cause in time, and even cause some illusions or misunderstandings.

This is what we encountered. Paper is in place and the other end is not in place. In addition, it can be seen from the paperboard that the paper is inclined, the pull gauge is slow, and the rules are fast. The same goes for the front gauge. In such a situation, it is difficult for people to realize that they are pulling up the existing problems. It is difficult to see the problems on the surface of pull gauges alone, because pull rules do not take too much time and the rules are very good. The amount of eccentric adjustment, no matter what, we further look for the reasons and found that the pin on the main uranium of the pull gauge is not fixed because of its fixed small screw, which causes the pin to break away from the fixed screw hole and enter the internal of the pull gauge. We fixed the pin in its original position and adjusted the eccentric. The problem was solved.
