When compounding, the glue will pull down the ink layer on the printing substrate, and the pulled ink will adhere to the glue roller or glue anilox roller. The consequence is that the text or pattern is incomplete and the product is scrapped. The ink adhering to the glue roller will also be transferred to the next product, causing ink spots to stick to the blank part, resulting in a serious drop in transparency, which has a serious impact on product quality. So, what is the situation with dragging ink?
What factors will cause ink dragging?
Case 1: Aluminum foil gasket, chlorinated polypropylene ink for PET // AL // CPE monochrome light green printing (old ink).
After compounding, the font strokes appear to be partially moved. This is due to the poor adhesion of the ink. (Pictured)
Case 2: PET12 // AL7 // PE structure packaging bag, printed with chlorinated polypropylene ink (monochrome blue printing).
The semi-finished product after compounding only showed serious ink smearing at the bottom of the core, like a star-shaped tail, and partially exposed the base color of the substrate. Later, it was not changed with other inks, and the larger the amount of glue, the more obvious the phenomenon. This phenomenon is related to the abrasion resistance of the ink. The composite film of OPP // VMPET // PE structure printed in some chlorinated polypropylene ink also has a very slight similar phenomenon.
Related to glue and machine speed
When ethyl acetate is used as the diluent for the adhesive, ethyl acetate is a good solvent for the commonly used chlorinated polypropylene ink and polyester ink. The ink part may be similar to the "bite" in printing during the coating process. "Color" fault.
When the working concentration of the glue is too low (the proportion of ethyl acetate is large), the more the ethyl acetate dissolves the ink during glue application; in addition, the dragging ink is related to the viscosity of the glue when it is split and transferred. The greater the sex, the more prone to drag ink. If the speed is slow, the glue will infiltrate the ink layer for a long time, which may cause ink dragging. This is especially important when sizing printed films containing transparent inks.
Case 3: Mint Eucalyptus Oil Lozenge (II), PET12 // AL7 // PE, printed with full version transparent yellow.
After compounding, the transparent yellow is dissolved in a dot shape by the adhesive and pulled back to reveal the true color of the aluminum foil, which looks like a glue spot, as shown in the figure.
Related to glue pressure
When the pressure of the upper rubber roller is too large or the local pressure is caused by the jitter of the rubber roller, the ink will be firmly attached to the anilox roller, causing ink drag failure. The surface of the rubber roller is rough, and it is often necessary to increase the pressure of the rubber roller to avoid uneven coating.
Related to ink adhesion and friction resistance
The ink adhesion is very poor, the ink layer may be partially pulled down by the whole piece, and the ink will be attached to the glue tray, causing the glue to be cloudy and dirty. The point where the edge of the ink screen roller touches is concentrated, and it is also subjected to some tensile displacement force. If the adhesion and wear resistance of the ink are poor, the ink will be dragged.
This product relates to a Sewing Machine thread rack, which mainly includes a thread passing bar, a pole for fixing the thread passing bar, a base for fixing the pole and a bedplate for fixing the base The wire rod, the pole for fixing the wire rod, the base for fixing the pole and the bedplate for fixing the base are connected with a structure that is convenient for removal and installation, so as to facilitate the overall packaging and delivery after disassembly and the installation and use of the customer The thread passing bar provided by this product has two adjacent surface thread passing holes. The surface thread passes through two surface thread passing holes and then leads to the head of the sewing machine. In this way, when cutting the surface thread on the head side of the sewing machine during the sewing process, a suitable friction force can be generated between the surface thread and the hole walls of the two holes to prevent the surface thread from falling off or sagging The product also provides the technical solution of the sewing machine thread rack with an unclosed thread passing bar, which can easily place the Sewing Thread in the thread passing hole from the unclosed opening
