Researched and developed by Dalian Zhenbang Fluor Coatings Co., Ltd., the two-item water-based fluororesin coating scientific research results of Zhenbang phase-phase emulsification and emulsion polymerization were approved by the Ministry of Construction in February 2004. This marks the start of an ecological paint revolution in Dalian.
