1 Scope

This standard stipulates the testing items of the automobile comprehensive performance testing station and the conditions for the use of equipment personnel and management systems.

This standard is applicable to the approval and inspection of the opening of a comprehensive vehicle performance testing station.

2 Reference standards

The provisions included in the following standards are cited by this standard to form the provisions of this standard. The editions shown at the time of publication of this standard are valid and all standards will be revised. All parties using this standard should discuss the possibility of the latest edition of the following standards.

3 Definition

This standard uses the following definition.

Automobile Comprehensive Performance Testing Station

Institutions engaged in the detection of various types of automotive performance, safety, economy, reliability, and performance of noise and pollution emissions.

4 Classification

The classification of automobile comprehensive performance testing stations is as follows:

a) Class A station

Automobile comprehensive performance testing station that can undertake automobile technical status testing, vehicle technical level assessment testing, maintenance quality testing and accept the commission of relevant departments to test automobiles and related projects.

b) Class B station

Automobile comprehensive performance testing station that can undertake automobile technical condition testing and maintenance quality testing.

5 Test items and equipment conditions

5.1 The test items and equipment requirements undertaken by Class A and Class B stations are shown in Table 1.

5.3 If a computer system is used in the automobile comprehensive performance testing station, the following requirements shall be met:

a) After adopting the computer system, it should not affect the functions of the original testing equipment;

b) After the computer system is adopted, the indication error of the system should not be lower than the accuracy requirements of the original testing equipment;

c) When the computer, its ancillary equipment, and interfaces fail, the original testing equipment should be able to work normally.

6 Personnel conditions

6.1 Stations at all levels should be equipped with station owners, technical leaders, quality managers and full-time inspectors.

6.2 The person in charge of technology and the person in charge of quality shall have the technical title of intermediate or above (including intermediate) of the corresponding professional.

6.3 All testing personnel must be specially trained, evaluated and obtained job qualification certificates.

7 Plant and site conditions

7.1 Stations at all levels should be equipped with car testing rooms, parking lots, and test road facilities.

7.2 The length, width and height of the car testing rooms at all levels of stations should meet the work needs and meet the requirements of the building standards.

7.3 The longitudinal and lateral slope of the ground of the passage between the inspections should be less than one thousandth, and the ground adhesion coefficient should not be less than 0.7 within the corresponding distance between the front and rear of the vehicle brake test bench.

7.4 The inspection room should have eye-catching station signs, indication signals, lead lines, etc., each station should have a corresponding detection area, the process flow should be arranged reasonably, and each station should not interfere with each other during work.

7.5 The lighting and lighting in the testing room shall comply with the relevant regulations of GB 50033 and GB 50034.

7.6 The air quality in the testing room shall comply with the relevant regulations of TJ 36.

7.7 Compressed air source should be installed in the testing room.

7.8 The design and use of stations at all levels should comply with the relevant regulations of GBJ16, and there must be fire exits, firefighting facilities, etc., and strictly implement the relevant firefighting regulations and regulations.

7.9 The sanitary facilities at all levels of stations shall comply with the relevant regulations of TJ36.

7.10 The power supply facilities of stations at all levels shall comply with the relevant regulations of GB50055.

7.11 The lightning protection facilities in the testing room shall comply with the relevant regulations of GB50057.

7.12 The area of ​​the parking lot should be compatible with the detection capability.

7.13 The test section should meet the relevant requirements in GB7258.

7.14 The entrances and exits of stations at all levels should be unblocked, and there should be guide lanes and necessary traffic signs in the stations.

8 Management system

8.1 Stations at all levels shall formulate the "Quality Management Manual" in accordance with the provisions of measurement certification;
