The CP2000 operation interface (hereinafter referred to as CP`) replaces the original control system CP window operation panel. The original CP window and CPC1-04 are combined into a CP console.
The console has a display with a touch screen. If you want to operate the console or input data, just press the corresponding key symbol on the screen gently, without keyboard or mouse. Many models of Heidelberg machines now have a touch screen installed on the left side of the delivery table.
When the machine power is turned on, the CP interface is automatically displayed on the center console. The CP cannot be turned on alone. There is a machine display (PD) on the feeder (paper feeding) and the paper receiving part. Each unit has a control panel, which can perform some operation functions
The CP console (see Figure 7-1) is the central control panel used to control the machine. it includes:
Touch screen â‘ The operator can input various instructions and change various settings of the machine through the screen.
Start panel â‘¡ On the panel, there are command buttons for production, parking and paper feeding (see below).
Ink area adjustment panel â‘¢ Set the ink volume.
The platform where the proofs are placed â‘£.

The CP2000 console (Figure 7-2) includes the following command buttons:
Start of production â‘ (button is green)
Parkingâ‘¡ (the button is red)
Waste paper counter on / off â‘¢ (When turned on, the button light is on)
Speed ​​up printing ④
Slow down the printing speed ⑤
Run â‘¥
Paper feeding on / off ⑦ (When open, the button light is on)

Emergency stop ⑨
Lock the control panel (after locking, the button lights)
There are also these command buttons at the paper feed and delivery (except for locking the control panel buttons).
The screen and panel need to be cleaned frequently. When cleaning the screen or panel, domestic cleaning fluid or odorless alcohol can be used. To prevent damage to the screen, the use of high-concentration cleaning agents is prohibited. You can turn off the touch function before cleaning the screen or panel.
