Ticona LLG has introduced two 65% mineral/glass reinforced Fortron PPS grades at a much lower cost than most comparable PPS compounds. It provides an economical and efficient choice for some high temperature nylon and polyester materials. The new Fortron 6165D8 is Ticona's low-cost 65% mineral/glass filler product. The new Fortron 4332D4 is priced the same as the standard grade but with improved flow, strength, stiffness and creep resistance. UL94V-0 flame retardant grades can be achieved without adding additives to both materials.
