3.Confirm models, color, shipping marks and related details, then a PI will be sent to you.

4.Pay 30% deposit by T/T before production.

5.Production started. We will keep you informed of goods status.

6.Will check goods and take photos of goods checking to you.

7.Send 70% balance payment to us before shipment.

8.Book shipment and load the goods. Will send loading pictures to you.

9.Shipping & Order finished.

6. What is your packing way?
For swivel chairs, they are with knock down packing, assembling instructions will be sent to you together if needed.
For some meeting chairs, they are whole packing.
 
7. When receive the goods, if there is damage , how I can get replacement?
If the damage occur during shipping, the shipping agency will be responsible for it.
If it is the quality problem, we will compensate you the damaged parts.
