1) Measurement of PSII fast chlorophyll fluorescence induction-induced kinetic curve (OJIP analysis)
2) Measurement of maximum redox capacity (absorption of P700+) of PSI
3) Measurement of delayed fluorescence, high-sensitivity broadband avalanche photodiode with a 730 nm band pass filter.
