4 Technical requirements

4.1 Main dimensions and dimensional tolerances

4.1.1 The main dimensions of tables, chairs, and stools shall comply with the provisions of GB 3326.

4.1.2 The main dimensions of the cabinet should meet the requirements of GB 3327.

4.1.3 The main dimensions of the bed shall comply with the provisions of GB 3328.

4.1.4 The limit deviation of the wide, deep and high dimension of the product is ±5mm. The limit deviation of the matched or combined product should be the same as the positive or negative value.

4.2 Shape and Position Tolerances

4.3.1 The texture of tree species used in the same unit product of all kinds of furniture should be similar, and there should be no obvious difference in the same rubber tree species. Needles and hardwood materials must not be used together.

4.3.2 The partial decoration of the product's appearance is not limited by a single species of wood.

4.3.4 The wood moisture content should not be higher than the average annual wood moisture content in the area where the product is processed.

4.3.6 The appearance of decaying material shall not be used. The slightly decayed area of ​​materials used for internal or closed areas shall not exceed 15% of the area of ​​the parts, and the depth shall not exceed 25% of the thickness of the parts.

4.3.7 The exterior and storage materials shall not contain resin capsules.

4.3.8 Do not use the twill of the main stress-receiving part of the product exceeding 20%.

4.3.9 The width of the knots does not exceed 1/3 of the width of the visible material, and the diameter does not exceed 12 mm. After the repair process, the strength and appearance of the product structure may not be affected and may be used.

4.3.10 Other minor material defects, such as cracks (except penetration cracks), blunt edges, etc., shall be repaired and processed without affecting the structural strength and appearance of the product.

4.3.11 The various artificial boards used shall comply with the relevant standards.

4.4 Woodworking requirements

4.4.1 Parts made of wood-based panels should be edge-sealed.

4.4.2 Joints should be glued. The joint should be glued. The combination of the crucible and the parts should be firm, and the gap between the outer joints should not exceed 0.2mm.

4.4.7 The roughness Ra of the painted part is 3.2 μM (finish light), and the roughness Ra of the interior unpainted part is 3.2 to 12.5 μm (fine light), and the roughness Ra of the concealed part is 12.5 to 50 μM (gross light).

4.4.8 The carved pattern shall be even and clear, with distinct layers, and symmetrical parts shall be symmetrical; there shall be no missing corners in the concaves and convexes, large bridges, bridges, corners, arcs, etc.; the shoveling bottom shall be smooth; no hammer marks or burrs shall be provided in each part.

4.4.9 The shape of the car's wood shall be the same, the level of the concave-convex table shall be symmetrical; the symmetrical part shall be symmetrical; the turning lines shall be clear; the surface of the car shall be free of collapse, knife marks or scars.

4.5 Finishing requirements

4.5.1 The color of the whole product or accessory product should be similar. The color line at the separation point should be neat. The non-painted parts should be kept clean. The inner surface should be painted or otherwise surface treated.

4.5.2 The front surface (including the panel) coating should be smooth and clear, and there should be no significant wood hole sinking after the film is dried. The surface coating of other parts is hand-smooth and smooth, with no obvious particles, rising edges and unevenness. After the coating is dried, it allows wood holes to sink.

4.5.3 The coating shall not be wrinkled, sticky or missing paint. There should be no obvious processing marks, scratches, fog, white, white spots, blisters, oil blemishes, sagging, shrinkage holes, bristles, powder and miscellaneous slag.

4.6 Physical and chemical performance requirements

Film coating and physical and chemical properties of soft and hard coatings

The physical and chemical properties of the coating film coating shall comply with the eight items listed in Table 2, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and other regulations. 4.7 Mechanical Properties Requirements

Mechanical performance test items and test levels should be determined according to the type of test specimen and the intended use conditions.

4.7.1 The strength and durability of the table shall be in accordance with the test items specified in 7.1 and 7.2 of GB 10357.1.

4.7.2 The stability of the chair and stool shall be in accordance with the minimum tilting force applied in Appendix A of GB 10357.2 and the test item specified in 6.1 (or 6.2).

4.7.3 The strength and durability of the stool should be qualified according to the test item specified in Chapter 6 of GB 1.357.3.

4.7.4 The stability of the cabinet shall comply with the test items stipulated in Clause 5.1, 5.2, and 5.3 of GB1.357.4; the vertical loading forces for the movable parts door and the drawer shall be 100N and 150N, respectively.

4.7.5 The strength and durability of the cabinet shall be in accordance with the test items specified in Chapters 6, 7, and 8 of GB 10357.5; among them, shelf deflection, hanger deflection, support rod support displacement, main structure and chassis The allowable values ​​of the displacement are as follows:

4.7.6 The strength and durability of the single bed shall pass the test items specified in Chapter 5 of GB 10357.6.
