The steel bar scanner is mainly used for the detection of the distribution, diameter and orientation of the steel bars in the concrete structure of the engineering building and the thickness quality of the concrete protective layer. The steel bar scanner can measure the position of the steel bar, the condition of the reinforcement, the thickness of the concrete cover, and the diameter of the steel bar on the surface of the concrete.
Maintenance and maintenance
1. Regularly calibrate the steel bar scanner, archive the calibration record, and assign a person to be responsible for instrument calibration;
2. Monthly maintenance of the rebar scanner according to the specified items, and record whether the items for each inspection and maintenance are normal;
3. For problems found during use, the tester should immediately notify the maintenance personnel of the steel bar scanner and report it to the supervisor at the higher level to inform the instrument of the phenomenon of the failure and the cause of the corresponding problem;
4. Regularly send the rebar scanner to the standard metrology department for calibration as required;
5. Do a cleaning operation for the steel bar scanner every month. The instrument may not be dismantled without the consent of the original manufacturer. Therefore, the object of cleaning is mainly the outer shell and surface of the rebar scanner. It is recommended to use alcohol scrubbing. Be careful not to let alcohol flow into the instrument. After cleaning, use a clean, dry cloth to blot the liquid attached to the surface of the instrument. Keep the instrument clean and dry;
Field operation requirements
1. Read the user manual carefully;
2. Different types of columns and various types of main beams should be used as the main scanning object;
3. The beam and column stirrups shall be scanned from the end of the column and the end of the beam, and the scanning length shall not be less than 1.8m;
4. The main ribs and the number of rows at the bottom of the beam must be scanned at the position of the beam span to avoid the leakage of the first rib root caused by the bending of the steel bar at the end of the beam;
5. Ascending the work safely, the ladder must be supported by someone;
6. When using the rebar scanner, the same rebar diameter must be set according to the actual configuration of the rebar of the member being inspected.
7. The placement of the steel bar scanner should be stable and free of vibration. It is strictly forbidden to place the instrument and instrument in a position where there is a hidden danger;
8. In order to prevent mechanical damage of the steel bar scanner, it is strictly prohibited to place objects on the top of the instrument, and not to bring the steel bar scanner close to the chemical;
9. When the steel bar scanner is temporarily not in use, the instrument should be turned off to prolong the service life of the instrument. When it is not used for a long time, the battery needs to be taken out;
10. The time interval of continuous switching instruments is required to be greater than 60 seconds;
11. When borrowing instruments and instruments from outside the department, you need to fill in the loan registration form, indicating the borrower, date, instrument model and other information;
12. The steel bar scanner should be extra careful during the operation. It is forbidden to use too much force on the button. The operation should be based on the principle of being slow and not wrong, to prevent the adverse consequences caused by misoperation.
13. Do not place the rebar scanner in a hot environment for long periods of time (>=50°C);
