This paper uses Labthink Languang XLW (PC) intelligent electronic tensile testing machine to test the heat sealing performance of quick-frozen products, and introduces the basic process of the test and the applicable scope and test process of the test equipment to help food enterprises effectively monitor the heat sealing parameters of the products. .

1, meaning

4.1 Principle of the test

The sample is clamped between the two chucks of the clamp, and the two chucks are moved relative to each other. The force value sensor and the built-in displacement sensor on the movable chuck are used to collect the force value change and displacement during the test. The change is made to calculate the heat seal strength, tensile strength, deformation rate, peel strength and the like of the sample.

5, the test process

(1) Cut 10 strips of length from the three heat seal edges of the sample bag and unfold 10 strips of 100 mm length.

(2) Set parameter information such as sample width and test speed.

(3) Clamp the two ends of the strip on two fixtures. The long axis of the strip should coincide with the center line of the two fixtures.

(4) Click the Start Test option and the test begins. The instrument automatically records the force values ​​during the test and calculates the test results.

6, test results

The test results are as follows: the average heat seal strength of the upper seal is 22.145 N/15 mm, the average heat seal strength of the lower seal is 23.114 N/15 mm, and the average heat seal strength of the side seal is 11.256 N/15 mm.

From the above test results, the side seals and the upper and lower seals have different heat seal strengths and low strength values, which may lead to product leakage or bag breakage at the side seals.
