Pressure: Controlling pressure is especially important

Do not increase the pressure on the feed roller: Do not crush the paperboard on the feed roller. Adjust the gap of the feed roller to the -0.4mm thickness of the paperboard. If excessive cardboard crumples, the printing pressure increases. So the feed unit must be controlled. If the pressure on the plate is too large and the printing pressure is high, the printing paste will appear and the writing will be unclear.

Ink: Better ink penetration into paper

The unevenness of the cardboard is caused by the uneven paper strength and poor ink absorption when the cardboard tension is tight.
